I love when musical artists get together to make music, especially when the immensely talented and successful ones do it. The result is almost always something that is, pardon the pun, music to my ears. This one is no different. Kirk Franklin, Bono from U2, R. Kelly, Crystal Lewis, and Mary J. Blige all come together to record this song, and it turns out so, so well. The sum, as the saying goes, is greater than its parts.
I think that is true with faith, too. My faith is good. My girlfriend, Megan's faith is good. But when we share our faiths with each other, something special is created. Similarly with the group of teens in the youth ministry program. When we come together to share the Love that God has for each of us as a group, something more is added. God's blessings are poured out in greater numbers when we are able to share what He has given us. And the result, just like this song, is so, so good.
