Erinnicole's Prayer: Jason Upton's "No Sacrifice"

This is no sacrifice

Sacrifice is so wonderful. Truly rewarding in every way if you are willing to let it be. Giving my life to Christ is no sacrifice; because he takes my life and makes it better than I could ever imagine it to be. I don't know why I always hesitate to hand over new things to Him. I suppose the fear of rocking the boat, but Jesus is the one that calms the waters, if I may be permitted to not take the metaphor too terribly far. My prayer today is to remember to sacrifice the temporary good things, so that I can live in the glory God meant for me.
