I love the story of Gomer and Hosea. I think my love with the story really began with the book Redeeming Love. (Which I’ve read like 5 times.) But it wasn’t until I was praying tonight’s song that it hit me... Hosea = God, Gomer = me. I don’t know why it took me so long to realize this, I mean the similarities are obvious!
Tonight’s prayer is a prayer of thankfulness for God’s never-ending, all-forgiving, perfect love for me.
