I’m so confused by this line. I’m sorry, but isn’t God’s word meant to be shared? Isn’t that it’s whole point? Why would you hide it? I guess the real question is why would I hide it? How often have I done more like the song says instead of what I think should be done? Answer: more times than I care to admit. Life should be more about sharing the Gospel and living the Gospel than about hiding it.
