This song tonight was a great reminder. Even when things aren’t going the way I want. Even when things aren’t going the way I planned (and thought God had planned too). Even when I’m angry with God because of that. Even when all I want to do is go to bed cause I’m tired. Even when I just want to give up. Even when I don’t understand what’s going on or why. No matter what, I still need to go and talk to God about it.
Dear Jesus, at the moment, I don’t really care what Your plan is. At the moment, I don’t care if I get my way or not. I just want to know. I feel like for my entire life, figuring out Your plan for my life has been the hardest thing. I never know what You’re thinking. And I hate it! Can’t You, just this once, let me know?
