Katie's prayer: Michael Joncas' "On Eagle's Wings"

I can’t ever listen to this song without thinking about death. Maybe I’ve just heard it at one too many funerals, or maybe I haven’t heard it anywhere else but my ipod and funerals. When I saw that this would be today’s song, I pondered, thinking of death, and wondering why I would get that song today. Later in the evening, while on facebook, I noticed that one of my friend’s dad lost someone today. So tonight, I don’t know why, but I am praying for this person and for my friend’s entire family (cause I think it might be a family member that they lost). Dear God, please be with Darin tonight. Amen.
