So be quiet now, and wait
I am not very good at being patient. When I'm waiting for something to happen, I need to know when it's going to start, and what is going to happen, and all the details. I want to be prepared, so I feel I need to know exactly what's coming.

This being the first night of the retreat, I heard the very popular phrase of "Don't anticipate. Participate" quite a few times. it has been a nice reminder for me to just "be quiet now, and wait". Big thing are coming. I can feel it.
