Katie's prayer: Jars of Clay's "Amazing Grace"

Amazing grace, I feel you coming up slowly now

Like the sun is risin', heat on my face

Oh love that keeps on shinin', don't let the shadow come

Ya know I gotta feel your healin' rays

Tonight was the last Great Catholic Answers Bible Study for the summer. It was on Mary, so of course it was good! Our ending prayer was said by Chris, the leader of this whole thing. Something you gotta know about Chris, he has this prophetic nature about him. God totally uses him to speak to us less holy people, like all the time. So, the ending prayer, he prayed over each of us individually. (I love when he does this too, cause it’s like God’s talking directly to me!) I don’t remember exactly everything that he said, but I do remember a lot of it making sense. Some things that have been pressing on me for a while, he just confirmed. Kinda like the rising sun, I saw the light, and he brought up the sun tonight. Just a lot of revelations about my ministry, what exactly it is that I’m doing and what exactly it is that I need to be doing. I’m very thankful for Chris and thankful for how God uses him to speak to me, and many other people.
