Katie's prayer: Building 429's "No One Else Knows"

So honestly, if I were to put a quote for this song, it’d be the entire song. It is soooo amazing, and sooo just what I needed. I am super stressed right now, and have been for the past week or so. So many different things to plan for, and I’m behind in planning for those things, and not enough hours in the day or days in the week to catch up for the planning. When I get this stressed, my emotions go crazy! I’ll start snapping at people, and not know why. I’ll just start crying, for no reason. I’m a complete mess really.
This song tonight was just a wonderful reminder that God knows all of that stressedness. And not only that, but God also knows exactly what I need. Simple things today helped my stress to melt away. Simple things like this song, a topic for Y-NET that was interesting and helpful towards my ministry, certain people not ruining Y-NET by their complaining, having certain other people be able to show up, a beautiful day when I have the chance to work outside, a certain calmness about me when I began working, and still having that calmness about me even though I have no idea what I’m doing on Sunday. It might seem silly, but this past week or so when I’ve been so stressed I wanted to pull my hair out, all I really had to do was put it all in God’s hands - I mean it is His ministry anyways, not mine. Things will work out for the best cause God’s holding me and we’ll make it through this together.
