Chris' prayer: Casting Crowns' "Lifesong"

I want to sign your name
to the end of this day
Knowing that my heart was true

I really like this idea. To be able to take all that I've done each day and present it to God, receiving His signature and approval. Kind of a last thing to do to complete each night.

I hope that I have that signature tonight. I was in charge of tonight's retreat session and I think that it went well. I hope that the teens got something out of it, and I hope that it was a welcome offering.

Tomorrow is another day though, which is both good and bad. It is another opportunity to receive God's signature, another opportunity to sing my lifesong to Him.
