Than anyone ever

Before I begin this post, let me clarify something. I realize this is a song one sings to God. The "You" in this song is God. I understand that, but because of Christopher, sometimes the "you" becomes other people. While singing this song in Church, during the "You, You, You, You, You" part, he would randomly point at people around him. And you know, it's ok, cause it's true. I mean, there is no one like you!

So as I was listening to this song while getting ready this morning, I couldn't help but feel that instead of me singing to God, it was God singing to me. I mean, we all have things about ourselves we don't like. And it's easy to get caught up on those things. But as I was dancing around this morning, I couldn't help but listen to those lyrics and look in the mirror and truly believe what I was hearing. (Even though I was dancing while doing this as well, and I know I looked completely ridiculous!) God was still there saying "You're beautiful!" I think we'd all do better to get caught up in that fact.
