Katie's prayer: Mary Mary's "Joy"

Oh how I wonder when my
soul looks back
How I ever made it
through my sinful,
wicked past

Sometimes I wonder how I ever made it through my day before I got involved with my faith. Now I can't go two steps without talking to God about how things are going, thinking about the song for the day and how it relates to my life, pondering the many beliefs we have as Catholics, etc. My day is framed around God and around my faith. That honestly brings me much joy! I don't remember how I got my joy before that. But you know, I'm glad I can't remember, cause my current way of getting joy is good enough for me, I don't need a back up plan.
