I'm not sure if this is theologically accurate, but I remember hearing it once: The Love that is shared between God the Father and God the Son is so great, so intensely real, that it is its own person of God: God the Spirit. Like I said, I'm not sure if that is theologically accurate, or if all denominations would agree with that wording or not, but I like it.
I've seen glimpses of true love in my lifetime, mere moments of a perfect love shown through imperfect beings. I've experienced that love in fleeting seconds and I know how powerful even love shown imperfectly can be. Even at that, it is life-changing. So, to imagine that Love is its own being, its own person of God, that the love between God and Jesus is that strong...it excites my heart, it stimulates my brain.
What is this Love? How can I be a part of it? Where do I sign up? I want in.
