Katie's prayer: Brenton Brown's "Lord, Reign In Me"

But my one request,

Lord, my only aim,

Is that you reign in me again.

My ONE request? I don't know about you, but I have a bit more than one request. I mean... God, please miraculously cure my dog; Lord, please make this traffic go away so I'm not late for work; This is the 100th time I've tried this, Please God make it work this time; passing along requests of others; etc. And that's only in the past 12 hours! The amount of requests I have varies, but it is hardly ever just 1. But as I was thinking about that, I realized that maybe it should be. Maybe I should have less requests of "here's how I want it to turn out cause that's what I think is best" and instead have that one request of "Lord, reign in me." That's all that's going to matter in the end, so why not focus on that?
