Chris' prayer: Mary Mary' "I Sings"

I love to sing. Love it. Not the best at it, but I love it anyway. Unfortunately, for the past week or so, my voice has been off. I have a frog, or some other amphibian, in there, and I just can't seem to clear everything out of there. Usually, I can point to exactly what happened to make my throat feel this way, but this time, I've got nothing. I just know that I can't sing as well as I usually do.

And that is frustrating. It is frustrating because I love singing out to my God with all of my heart. It is one of the ways I'm best able to pray. And with such important services going on right now, I would love to be able to praise him with all of me. Sadly, physically that just isn't happening.

But even though it isn't happening physically, emotionally/spiritually it is. I'm enjoying this Easter Triduum as much as ever.
