Megan's prayer: Jason Upton's "Not Ashamed"

On Facebook, in the spot where you can put your faith, I have always had "Catholic" listed. It's something that I'm proud of. It's something that defines me as a person. It's a big part of my life and I want people to know that. I am not ashamed of it!

Tonight, I had two classes at SLU. During the first class, we talked about how employers can see your Facebook page and how you should remove most any information - especially information that could be controversial (race, political views, religion). During my second class, we talked about religion and public schools, or rather, the lack of religion in public schools. In both cases, I was basically told that I can't and shouldn't share my beliefs. I'm pretty conflicted right now as to what I should do...
