The storm's gonna pass awayI don't really like Winter. While there are some things I do like about the season (Hockey season!!!), I would much rather it be warm, hot even, outside than cold. I would rather have thunderstorms than snow showers, sleet, and freezing rain. I would much rather wake up when it is light outside, and I definitely like getting out of work when there is still daylight. Winter is rather depressing for me.

And I'm pretty sure it affects my spiritual life, too. My faith hasn't been super great recently. To be fair, it hasn't been bad either. It is just kind of stuck in place, much the way car tires spin in the snow, waiting for some traction. For me, for my mood, that traction comes with warmer weather and more sunlight. I really can't wait until I can finally see the sun
