Chris' prayer: Bebo Norman's "I Will Lift My Eyes"

I know that I've mentioned Encounter on here before, probably multiple times. It is such an integral part of my faith, and something that I cannot see myself doing without. I remember going for the first time a few years ago, and being instantly drawn. I was hooked and have been almost every month since.

I've brought a lot of people with me, too. At first, it was just me and a friend, but as time went on, more and more people started coming. It is awesome to bring my friends and my faith family with me whenever I can, and even awesomer when I see them get hooked like I remember being. I love sharing that time with them, praying with them, worshiping with them.

The numbers have been as great as 10-12 people there with me some months, but there are other times where it is just me, or just me and Megan. Those times, when I can't be distracted as much by the people I know who are around me, are equally special, even though,
