Come out wherever you are
This weekend on retreat we played a game of hide and seek. While it was just a fun game to lead into the talk, the talk was about playing hide and seek with God - how we keep hiding from him, or hiding parts of our lives from him, and not allowing him to fully seek us.
It is a true challenge for me to come out from my hiding spot - to stop hiding from the Lord - because it has been part of my life for so long. I guess this weekend served as a reminder to me that I can't fully love the Lord if I'm hiding.
