You love me, You love meI'm not sure I could every possibly hear this message enough. In a culture where we learn that love has to be earned, and that we are only worth what we have done for people, the repetition in the refrain drills into my head that I am loved. I am loved not for what I've done, and, in fact, often times in spite of what I've done.
You love me just the way I am
I need the constant reminder that there is nothing I could possibly do to make my Father love me any less. And, despite how I act other times, there is nothing I could possibly do to make Him love me more. He is holy, and His love is perfect.
