And I get lost in You
When I don't have the faith

Huh? I've been lost in God a few times over the years, so in love with and on fire for Him, and feeling so very loved. But those times were always when my faith was strongest. I can't say that I've ever been lost in God when I don't have the faith. That whole idea kind of astounds me.

And it also inspires me. It is something to look for in my journey of faith. When I am completely lost, without any direction and having no clue where I am, when I am just plain out of faith, am I still lost in Him? Am I still madly in love with Him? Will I allow the perfecter of my faith to do just that?

Megan's prayer: Plus One's "I Run to You"

In a place of chaos You're the
One thing that brings me peace

Life truly is chaotic. Some days I really feel like I'm way in over my head, that I have too much on my plate and that I just want time to rest. During these times, I find it most helpful to place myself in the presence of God through adoration. These weekly trips have become so important to me. They give me a chance to just rest, to feel a peace wash over me. During that hour, I feel like I can handle anything.

What a perfect feeling.

I run to You

This line is repeated dozens of times in this song and I feel like it more or less sums up my life. I find myself constantly running to Christ, running to the chapel and he is able to settle my uneasiness. Sometimes it feels like that is the only thing to do. And the thing with God is that he is always there, waiting for us to run to him. It's not like we are going to run to him and then he will not be there. Even if we don't he's there, or can't quite feel his presence in our lives, he is there. We just have to be the ones willing to run to him.
