Easter is in 11 days. Eleven days. I honestly don’t know what happened to the past 5 weeks. Seriously, Holy Week is next week?! I’m not ready for that! Sure I’ve stayed away from the tv. Sure I’ve been somewhat better about not spending all my time on the computer. But I’m not ready for lent to be over! I’m not prepared! Although, I say the same thing about my Confirmation kids - they’re not ready. But in reality, they are. So maybe I am ready for Holy Week.

Tonight’s prayer is just a reminder of how quickly life can pass by. A reminder of how important it is to make the most of every moment. Cause before you know it, Lent is nearing an end, Holy Week is approaching. And life goes on whether you stop to notice or not.
