Chris' prayer: Hillsong's "From the Inside Out"

I remember when I first heard and learned this song. I was on a youth ministers retreat with youth ministers from around the St. Louis area. We were all gathered in a tiny chapel where Mass and Adoration would later be held. The retreat was just starting, and the music minister was teaching us this song.

I remember it being very tough to sing those first few times. Some of the words are just off the beat and there are lots of words. But by the end of the retreat, I had learned every nuance of the song. I was belting it out like I do all the other songs.

I'm in need of a retreat.
