One thing I love about the Catholic Church is that it isn't just a fad that is going to die out in 10-15 years. This point was reemphasized this past week in Rome as I visited a handful of old churches. Walking into a church that was build hundreds, or even over a thousand, years ago really made me think about my faith, and the history of the Catholic Church. It is really awesome to see that the same beliefs and teaching and traditions have been around for so long, and that this faith that is a huge part of my life, is truly something substantial. My trip really helped but the importance of the Church back in perspective for me, and it is something that I know isn't going to go anywhere soon - something that isn't going to die out.Oh yea we got church
And we ain't going nowhere.
