I'm trading my sickness.I'm trading my pain.I'm laying them down for the joy of the Lord
I was reminded today of how lucky I am. I get paid to teach kids about Jesus! It doesn’t matter that I make no money. It doesn’t matter that my free time is very little. It doesn’t matter that practically every weekend, I’m working. It doesn’t matter that the past 3 weeks have been spent more away than home. It doesn’t matter that I’m slightly sleep deprived. It doesn’t matter that I’m at that point of a sunburn where the peeling skin starts and it hurts. What matters is that I get to teach people about Jesus for a living and all the good things that does for my life. One can’t help but be joyful!
