Order my steps
This morning, as I was driving to work, the radio station personalities were talking about facebook and how it can just consume your life sometimes. They were saying the average time spent on facebook is an hour a day per person. I thought yeah, that's about right. Thinking that wasn't too bad. That was until I listened to the conversation further. An hour a day just on facebook alone, add in other internet use and it turns out that like a fourth of my day is spent on the internet for pointless usage. Compared to how much time I send reading the Bible, praying, etc. a day. Let's just say the amount of time is so embarrassing, I just won't even mention it. Ash wednesday is this wednesday. I've been thinking a lot about what I'm going to do for lent this year. I think God's trying to tell me it's time to give up facebook/pointless internet usage again. It's going to be tough, but it's what I need to get my steps in order, back to where I need to be.
