Megan's prayer: Adam Bitter's "Holy and Mighty are Your Ways"

All I need is your love and your life oh Lord

Deep down, I know that God's love is all I need. I know that, but many times it is not reflected in my actions. I think that material things will make me happy. I think that if I find a cute shirt, all my problems will be solved. I think that if I hang out with my friends, that will lead to true happiness. While in the back of my mind I know this isn't true, it doesn't change how I act. I find myself trying to make other things more important than God, and sometimes I can't understand why the don't make me happy.

I guess the true challenge is to listen to my heart more, and let my actions show that God really is all I need.
